Thanks, Brad. I remember that Kermit ad; I think that one ran in the Super Bowl. Those wild beer commercials make sense in the context of live sports — you’re trying to maintain the attention of men who are watching in a group, probably talking at each other a lot, and might be a little drunk.
I’m seeing a lot more action in sustainability advertising to consumers now. Consumers who have the affluence to make choices beyond pricing will choose to purchase more sustainable products, all things being equal. But also I think we’re going to see a LOT more messaging soon around energy efficiency, because energy costs are about to reach a much higher plateau, and that will impact everyone.
