Great question, Umer. If GPA is relevant to the role, or the job description requires it, then you should include it. But most employers shouldn’t care about GPA — except for scholarly or entry-level roles, it’s not generally relevant. If your GPA isn’t worth bragging about, then don’t include it.

My college GPA was 3.4. I removed it, because it’s not that great — classes weren’t my top priority. I had better things to brag about from college, including extracurricular leadership roles that were actually more relevant to my career.
